Food for Life Supreme is the place to be! It was my first time there and everything was just amazing! First, the ambiance of the restaurant is romantic and soothing at the same time stimulating and uplifting. The decor is out of this world and so vibrant and colorful. The food matches the vibration of the restaurant: new, exciting, and fulfilling. The menu is fish and vegetarian based. They have an entree called the Crunch Combo for the chicken lovers. My friend had that and he shared it was 'perfection'. I was in agreement. I had the Salmon Mignon with mac and cheese and mustard greens. This is the best mac and cheese in Atlanta! A southern classic, however, better! For the dessert, I had for the first time, Carrot Pie. It was awesome and nutritious. To top it off the staff is excellent! Everyone was so pleasant and had a smile on their face. The server was well versed in the menu and even had knowledge about healthy living. He showed us a book called Food for Life: A Guide to Extraordinary Living, and let me tell you it is magnificent. It has so much knowledge about everyday things that we think are fine, however, are really bad for us! This book is a must have. Well, I've said a page full, so I'll be signing off. You'll have to go check it out for yourself. It's in the West End by the AUC. Also, don't forget to try the all natural West End Splash. Take one for the road!
